The site uses no cookies, analytics or tracking and loads nothing from external services. Like any site, the hosting provider may record technical request data in its logs (IP address, date and time, requested page) for operation and security; we do not use them to profile anyone. The site and the app are hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the European region of Milan.
If you use the form, we collect your name, email, type of institution, institution (optional), topic and message, only to reply to your request and, if you wish, to start a partnership. The request is not stored on the server: it becomes an email sent with Amazon SES (Milan region) to the owner's mailbox, where it is kept for as long as needed to handle it and then deleted. We do not use it for newsletters or share it with third parties. Do not send personal or clinical data about children.
We use your address and message only to reply and keep them for as long as necessary. Please do not send personal or clinical data about children by email.
Children's data is processed on behalf of the music therapy practice that uses Isora: the practice decides how to use it, and it is the practice you contact to exercise your rights over this data. First name, last name, date of birth, notes, Time Machine notes and goal texts are encrypted in the music therapist's browser; the server keeps only encrypted text, a pseudonymous code and numeric activity values.
A professional or parent may choose to sign in with their Google account: in that case Google knows they are accessing Isora, and Isora receives an identifier and the email address from Google. With a passkey, the secret key stays on the user's device: Isora keeps only the public key.
When an island uses the microphone or camera, signals are turned into numbers on the device: audio, video and images are never saved or sent. In the Music Park, only with the family's consent, the camera estimates 17 body points on the device: only these numbers reach the other children of the practice, to show a stick figure, and they are not saved.
You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, and object to processing, by writing to the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali). For the data of a child followed by a practice, contact the practice.
